RESOLUTIONS.

OA_16_EdUncategorized

It is end of the year, as an open norm, this is the time of the year when people find it most fit to reflect, reset and plan. Pulling together the so-called resolutions.

Somehow, we are qualified to be auditors just by the way we tend to remember, from the perspective of stock taking, to yearly stalk of life events. Also, technically, like as if we are a manufacture team watching through from the raw materials, to stock-taking, then keeping track to finished goods – we want to assess a lot of things before walking into the next year.

This kind of self-imposed pressure can be tricky. There is nothing wrong to measure, judge and summarise what worked, didn’t work and the next move. With most people, this is how resolutions are created, and in hindsight, relying on aspects of ‘quantity’ and ‘condition’ to determine what next.

‘Quantity’ and ‘condition’ are main two aspects that determines the challenges that may present themselves. And setting goals to work on, especially goals that are common or realistic to start. Particularly when we want a smooth experience with no or less challenges is expected. With consideration of other underlying factors that make things flow.

Welcoming a presentation of the to do list, where possible, should include a rationale of the new idea or product that is to be delivered. And the rationale is that alongside the resolution options we may need to remember to include the purposes of staying informed, persuaded and inspired.

Informed
Being informed is golden. It benefits a lot along the steps of the journey just by staying informed about that topic or resolution. What we know or don’t know depends on the content of the message, communicated or perceived. And when that which is perceived is appropriate to give us an informed breakdown of our plans. It will cause less confusion and show interpretations to clear potential doubts or give clarity.

Every time we get informed a lot of things that were deemed uncertain will shine some light. Whether the information brings understanding to both essence and nature of characteristics surrounding the matter. We all look forward to seeing how popular our understanding is when we put things in context and with the meaning attached. Being informed, in a way, signifies a level of understanding needed as we move into the resolution concept that works.

This particular part of valuing relevant data and staying well informed is an interesting apart because we can look at ourselves or our situations and start encoding (like a computer) the understandings of life into a sequence of signs, such that a resolution is potentially customised to ‘probability’ and or ‘proportional’ based of information. Because probability and proportional is afforded when we get informed. Information make things happen (information is like a battery positioned in a circuit).

Persuaded
It benefits a lot along the steps of the journey just allowing things to keep us persuaded about that topic or resolution. The need to be positive, convinced or influentially amazed is real. Task based behaviour can be conditioned by persuasion that leads someone into taking certain actions of their own. Persuasion can be done to connect a positive emotion to a task. Sometimes uplifting testimonies or music can have incredible influence to push things done. So, anything that connects us to things that can be directly related to our roles is useful – the main aspect is to establish a connection.

Inspired
The things that inspires us are there to serve you. Many are things or values that we find motivating. These values could be mastery, realistic goals, values attached to goals, programmed goals etc.

It benefits a lot along the journey to stay inspired or motivated about the topic or resolution. Inspiration has both an objective side – a goal or thing we aspire to – and an internal or subjective aspect – to stay own identity and purpose.
In general, with resolutions, people tend to look nowhere else besides a range of first-hand experiences we lived to date.

Here is to suggest the direction to make resolutions conceded with how informed, persuaded and inspired we are. Where possible, information, persuasion and inspiration should appear as part of the plan to goal set. Why not?

It could be a resolution in line with things that we are focusing (and linking to how informed, persuaded or inspired we are).

It could be a resolution in line with listing and prioritising (and linking to how informed, persuaded or inspired we are).

It could be a resolution in line with revisiting things that were a success (and linking to how informed, persuaded or inspired we are).

It could be a resolution in line with revisiting things like what were not so successful (and linking to how informed, persuaded or inspired we are).

It could be a resolution in line with revisiting things like what we wish we had done (and linking to how informed, persuaded or inspired we are).

It could be a resolution in line with revisiting things that make us wiser (and linking to how informed, persuaded or inspired we are).

It could be a resolution in line with things like what we learned about ourselves (and linking to how informed, persuaded or inspired we are).

It could be a resolution in line with things that looks to big to dream (and linking to how informed, persuaded or inspired we are).

So, the purposes of staying informed, persuaded and inspired is to adapt the realisation that some resolutions remain for seedtime, harvest time, summer time, winter time or day time.

”While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease.” – Genesis 8:22.
