A foundation, whether it’s a solid structure or a pile of conceptual ideas, is something that doesn’t lose its position unless the position is moved. A foundation or base is the supportive element of any structure connecting the ground and the structure.

Some might ask why the foundation is firmly associated with the ground. Maybe it is through the conception that suggests that even a flight journey begins on the ground. The bottom is usually the obvious starting point. The foundation is that very part of the starting point which no work can do without. It is designed in such a way that it takes in all the pressure. When talking about foundation it is just the same as identifying the importance of core values.

A quick view through the lenses of core values a foundation is the first mutual step to accept the fundamental beliefs of a person or organisation. The proposed foundation will dictate the behaviour and can help people understand the between right and wrong structure or process. These are the values used and one is totally relying on to rest the entire weight.

Wherever there is an activity or a sense movement whichever direction that is, there is always forceful situations to engage with. But it is the foundation that will balance the processes. Foundations have a long history of being technically buried in the ground. But them being not seen doesn’t mean they don’t exists.

When the foundation is well established it sets the standard thereafter. In case of abnormalities, there is less worry if the foundation is stable. A cracked building can remain standing as long the foundation is in good condition, but when the foundation is cracked it doesn’t matter how superb, clean, contemporary is the building it won’t stay long. Every idea can be good and out of this world, but the foundation will determine where and how far it will go.

Life in general is supported by systems that draws its strength from specific designed foundations as the common law to maintain its ability of autonomy. By firstly laying down the foundation the person is trying to say that they rely on the support provided by the foundation in order to fulfil various objectives and purposes. The main purposes of the foundation include, but are not limited to:
• Bearing
• Secure
• Stability

Bearing: The foundation of any idea should be able to bear the ability to facilitate the desired way of standing or motion. The significance of the bearing is usually classified broadly according to the type of operation, the motion allowed, or to the direction of the load (forces) applied to the parts or entire idea. The base of the idea should have a direct bearing / relevance of the operational subjects to maintain progress or develop with no or as little friction as possible. So, the foundation is purposed to carry the bearing at a uniform rate so as to prevent unequal motion. So, if the foundation or core values are in place they should distribute structural business operations, apparently with the bearing area positioned so as to bring passion or intensity.

This is to say when someone step up and start walking towards their own destiny they need to keep the right motion without losing the passion. If one is in walking motion, it’s no good to start running because everyone else is running. This is because the bearing ability of the foundation has its own operating speed limits for every moment. If the purpose is rotational there should be operating speeding limits. So, its important to know what works for the operations without knocking down the passion through competitive induced frustration.

Secure: A secure foundation will enable the system to withstand changes that might affect the inside environment and functions. The intended sense of protection will either being able to endure the environmental changes without having to permanently adapt, or the organisation is forced to adapt a new way of working that better suits the new environmental conditions, with the help of founding core values which in essence are there for the point of reference.

If anything, but clear the foundation is left with a proactive attitude and internal determination to remain a thriving enterprise despite the anticipated and unanticipated challenges that will emerge. Since the foundation comes first its checks have the empowerment factor of being aware of the enterprise situation, potential risks and vulnerabilities, and current capabilities to deal with them, and being able to make informed tactical and strategic decisions – more secure.

Stability: The task of remaining steadfast or constancy, as of purpose and its character is determined by the ability of the base line to deal with the flow, as well as change. Sometimes during the process there are sudden changes that might require steadfast and deep-rooted values that are not undermining but return the structure to its original standing or position when abruptly displaced. Stability is always important, resistance to unnecessary changes, especially if deviating towards deterioration. Stability will ensure a secure level and firm bed for operations. Basically, the same way the stability of the economy participates and globally encourages investment.

The foundation placed in good faith will allow change for the betterment. Helping to feel free the foundation if is not always fixed. When the foundation is not serving its purpose as desired it’s always good to go back to the drawing board and make any necessary adjustments. Like in most cases learning never ends!
